Tax & Legal Coordination

Your CPA and attorney give the advice. We make sure the business side is ready for it.

Tax and legal advice belongs with licensed professionals, and we do not provide it ourselves. What we do is the business groundwork around it: we organize your records, lay out the business questions, and keep your own CPA and attorney working from the same plan. If you do not have one yet, we can introduce you to independent, licensed firms.

Your Licensed Advisors Give the Advice. We Get the Business Ready for It.

Every business needs a good CPA and a good attorney. What many owners lack is the time to keep them informed. Records arrive late and incomplete, questions come up the week before a deadline, and the attorney reviewing a lease has no idea the company plans to open a second location next year. The advice suffers because the advisors are working with half the picture.

That is the gap we fill. To be clear: Epic America Consulting does not provide tax, legal, or financial planning advice, and we are not attorneys, CPAs, or certified financial planners. We handle the business groundwork so that your own licensed professionals can do their best work.

What Coordination Looks Like

Organized records. We help gather and organize the documents your CPA, attorney, or a future buyer will ask for: financial statements, contracts, leases, licenses, insurance policies, and corporate records. A well-organized file saves billable hours and reduces mistakes.

Business questions for year-end. Before the end of the year, we help you list the business decisions coming up, such as equipment purchases, hiring, a new location, or changes in ownership, so you can bring them to your CPA while there is still time to plan.

Contract and lease reviews. When a contract, lease, or partnership agreement needs review, we schedule it with your attorney and make sure they know the business context: what you are trying to achieve and what worries you.

Licensing and compliance checklists. We keep a simple calendar of business licenses, permits, registrations, and renewal dates, so nothing lapses because it slipped through the cracks.

Introductions. If you do not have a CPA or attorney, or have outgrown the ones you have, we can introduce you to independent, licensed firms. You choose and engage them directly.

Why It Matters

  • Your advisors spend their time advising, not chasing paperwork.
  • Decisions are made with enough time to plan, not in a rush before a deadline.
  • Your CPA and attorney work from the same information and the same plan.
  • You have one organized place for the documents that matter, ready for a lender, buyer, or partner.

When Owners Use This Service

This service fits naturally alongside our other work. During a succession plan, the attorney and CPA need to be in step. Before an acquisition, contracts and books must be ready for review. During rapid growth, licenses and registrations multiply. It is also a good fit for any owner who simply wants the paperwork handled and the advisors coordinated without doing it all themselves.

The arrangement is simple. You keep your current advisors and your direct relationship with them. We work at your direction, share what we prepare with the people you choose, and step back whenever a question calls for professional advice. You stay in charge; we keep the business side moving.

What You Walk Away With

An organized document file, a compliance and renewal calendar, a list of business questions ready for your CPA and attorney, and a single point of contact who keeps everyone working from the same page. The advice still comes from your licensed professionals. We make sure they have what they need to give it.
