Our Story
About Epic America
A nationwide consulting firm with an old-fashioned idea: do the work, tell the truth, and stand behind it.
Empire State Building girders and workers, New York, 1930. Public domain.
Epic America Consulting is headquartered in Irving, Texas, works with owners across the United States, and is built on a simple belief: the companies that built this country did it with plain talk, honest numbers, and steady work. Somewhere along the way, consulting got complicated. We are here to make it useful again.
We work with owners of small and mid-sized businesses: family companies, main-street shops, professional practices, and growing regional firms. Some come to us to plan the next five years. Some need to fix what is slowing them down. Others are ready to hand the business to the next generation.
Whatever brings you in, you get the same thing: senior people at your table, a clear written plan, and a firm that stays with you until the work is done.
Dealing Fair fees, written plans, and counsel you can take to the bank
What We Stand On
Four Principles
Straight Talk
We tell you what you need to hear, not what you hoped to hear. Then we help you fix it.
Honest Numbers
Every recommendation is backed by your own books and real market data, not guesswork.
Written Plans
You leave with a plan on paper: priorities, costs, owners, and dates.
We Stay On
Advice is cheap. We stay to help you carry it out and measure the results.
